The terms, "Breeder/Seller" and "Advertiser" refer to the person or company which places an ad on KittenClassifieds.com website. This person or company alone, and not KittenClassifieds.com, is responsible to fulfill any promises or representations contained in any website advertisement.

There are no situations whatsoever where KittenClassifieds.com is responsible or liable for any advertisement or part of any advertisement. KittenClassifieds.com serves only as a resource for breeders/sellers to display their kittens, cats, products, or services.

KittenClassifieds.com does not own, contact, touch, sell, inventory, house, or transport any advertised kitten or cat.

Advertisers and Breeders/Sellers are solely responsible for their own compliance with federal, state, and local laws. KittenClassifieds.com does not monitor its advertisements for compliance nor is it permitted to provide legal advice.

KittenClassifieds.com is not liable for any damage, injury or claim resulting from a listing on its website by any of the many advertisers and breeders/sellers who offer services or products.

Account Deletion

The goal of kittenclassifieds.com is to create an authentic place for breeders/sellers to post listing for the sale of their kittens, and for buyers to have confidence that the breeder/seller is being honest in their listings.

We want to make sure the listings people are seeing on kittenclassifieds.com are authentic and will do our best to monitor the site and any complaints from breeders or buyers.

We believe that authenticity of account holders is of utmost importance to future owners of the kitten/cat they are seeking. Additionally, we know it is important to the buyer that a breeder/seller does not misrepresent who they are or what they are selling. If an account is reported for violation of authenticity, the result will end in account deletion.

Likewise, accounts will be deleted and if an account is found to be associated with a domain host that hosts accounts for disposable emails which is commonly used by fraudsters or is in violation of our terms of service.

Moreover, accounts will be deleted if a registered user has been reported to kittenclassifieds.com for selling kittens that are sick or have known health problems. If you are reported an investigation will be conducted prior to deletion to ensure that you are not being reported due to one unhappy buyer. Reports of this violation must be made by multiple buyers.

Furthermore, accounts will be deleted if an account has been reported for posting fraudulent listings to scam customers.

Refund Policy

Only for products purchased directly from and payment made to KittenClassifieds.com, not to be confused kittens, cats, or purchased from breeders/sellers on KittenClassifieds.com

KittenClassifieds.com refund policy is limited to providing refunds only in cases where a website malfunction or error would prohibit your paid posting advertisement from being listed on KittenClassifieds.com for the time frame purchased. For example, if you purchase a featured or sponsored kitten classified listing and your ad is not available for viewing (with allowance for industry standard of 99.9% webserver uptime) for the entire duration promised, you would be due a refund prorated by the timeframe your ad was not made available for viewing. Excluded from the above scenario is the event of a customer requesting his advertisement be removed from the website for any reason. In such a case no refund is due.

Shipping Policy

KittenClassifieds.com is an advertising service and only sells advertising space on our website. Since we cannot physically ship digital listings, all services rendered are done so via the Internet.

Placing an ad on or browsing kittens, cats, or advertiser’s products or services on our website confirms that you have read and have agreed to be bound by KittenClassifieds.com above disclaimers.

Avoiding Scams

To help avoid scams, deal locally, face-to-face, and follow these rules to help avoid 99% of scam attempts:

1. Do not provide payment to anyone you have not met in person.

2. Beware offers involving shipping - deal with locals you can meet in person.

3. Never wire funds (e.g. Western Union, Cash App or Zelle) - anyone who asks you to may be a scammer.

4. Don't accept cashier/certified checks or money orders - banks cash fakes, then hold you responsible.

5. Transactions are between buyer and breeder/seller only; no third party provides a "guarantee".

6. Never give out financial info (bank account, social security, PayPal account, etc.).

7. Do not purchase any pet sight-unseen—that amazing "deal" may not exist.

8. Never, ever share verification codes with anyone. No legitimate business or person will ask for that information. Many scammers are using this Google Voice Scam.

Copyright Policy

You must own the rights or have permission to use all photos you upload on KittenClassifieds.com. By uploading pictures, you acknowledge that you either own the copyright to them, or you have permission to use the photos. You also authorize KittenClassifieds.com to use the photos as we see fit in promoting your listing. KittenClassifieds.com will not sell or rent photos you uploaded.
